Our commitment is to equip every member of our educational community with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in their role and their career. Alongside Initial Teacher Training, we work in partnership with other organisations to offer long term development, underpinned by professionally recognised qualifications and courses, within a coaching and mentoring framework tailored to individuals whatever their role in a school, a partner network or our Trust.
Partnership
New Education Trust focuses on creating capacity within the system, for the system. We want to work with any organisation or individual aspiring to increase their effectiveness in educating pupils successfully and generating a positive local impact. We focus on empowering leaders through informal networking, bespoke development planning, coaching and fostering collaboration to share knowledge of best practice, enhancing the effectiveness of each school and person we work with.
School Effectiveness
School improvement at New Education Trust focuses on cultivating a culture of continuous personal, team and organisational excellence across every setting. Honest and accurate evaluation, underpinned by our adaptive CORE Effectiveness Framework, we support schools along the pathway to sustainable self-improvement. Our capacity extends to bespoke school support, including leadership secondment, governance and interim leadership under a co-created, flexible SLA.
